My work

The home page shows, below the applications, what is yours to do across every one you see. The section starts closed and says how many records are assigned to you, as in My work (8); a click opens it.

Assigned to me

• Every open record where a user field names you shows up, whether it holds one user or many. One in a completed or removed state, or archived, no longer does.
• Each one shows its application, entity and state, and opens its form.
• When the record has dates, it shows the nearest one still ahead, or the latest gone by: Today, Tomorrow, In N days or Overdue by N days, counted in its application's time zone. Hovering shows the field and the day.
• The overdue come first, then the soonest, and last those without a date, the latest changed first. The first 8 are shown; See all N shows the rest, up to 200.

Approvals

When requests await your decision, a link says how many and opens My approvals.

Making it work

Add a user field such as "Owner" to the entity, with Starts as whoever creates the record when they handle it, and a date field such as "Due date".
