Alerts

The notices that show up when a form is saved or when something goes wrong: that the record was saved, that nothing changed, that something's missing or that there was an error.

There are two styles: a toast, a small notice in a corner that goes away by itself after a few seconds, or a modal, a window in the middle that has to be closed. Every one has a button to close it without waiting.

Try it: pick a style and, for the toast, a corner, and then fire each kind of notice.

How long they last

• Success: the toast goes away after 4 seconds.
• Info: after 5 seconds.
• Warning: after 6 seconds.
• Error and Question: they stay until you close them.

Each form picks its own

In the builder, on the Form tab, you pick the Save alert style and the Alert position. If you pick nothing, a toast at the top right is used.
