Checkbox set field

A list of options where several can be checked, like someone's interests or the machines affected.

Setting it up

• Label: the title whoever fills the form sees.
• Required: at least one option has to be checked.
• Options: the list to choose from. Each option has a Value, which is what's saved, and a Label, which is what people see. If the difference doesn't matter to you, put the same in both.
• Help text: a short hint for whoever fills it in.
